Elnova is a standard balancing group coordinator and represents its balancing group members on the Bulgarian balancing market. Our balancing group members comprise producers and consumers of electricity with whom we have existing contractual relations for sale and / or purchase of electricity as well as other electricity market participants who choose to reduce their balancing costs.
As balancing group coordinator we aim to minimise imbalances through reliable forecasting of production and consumption of our members and effective selection of new members aimed at achieving a high coefficient of intragroup netting. To achieve optimal results, Elnova relies on innovative integrated technical solutions which automate the processes and minimise subjective factors. In its capacity as balancing group coordinator, Elnova provides its clients and partners with a level of transparency that ensures competitive and mutually beneficial terms.
