Elnova AD participates as a partner of Qubiqo Ltd. in the implementation of the project UDIH 4 EU, aimed at supporting the digital transformation of the utilities sector through innovative services and improved access to digital technologies for SMEs, mid-cap companies, and public organizations.
 
In this context, Elnova AD invites all interested parties to submit an offer under the public invitation for:
 
Development of an integrated software solution supporting the processes of data accumulation, structuring, and analytical processing from a simulation environment of a Digital Hub for Utility Services for Elnova AD, under project BG16RFPR002-1.002-0008 “UDIH 4 EU”, financed by the Programme “Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation” 2021–2027, under the procedure “Financing of European Digital Innovation Hubs selected by the European Commission and awarded the ‘Seal of Excellence’.”
